A proposal for EIPL Group

Immersive experiences
that drive perceived value.

Technology that lets EIPL's buyers see, explore what you have built, so every project is valued for what it truly is.

The title is the promise in plain words: what a buyer believes a home is worth depends on what they can see and check. We make EIPL's track record and Treasure Trove visible at every step.
Before we begin

What this proposal is.

A set of immersive touchpoints, designed and built only for EIPL. Each one sits at a real moment in your buyer's journey: before the first visit, in your offices at Manchirevula and Tukkuguda, at the model villa, back at home with family, and after the booking.

Together they tell one story. What EIPL has built across Hyderabad, and Treasure Trove as the chapter being written now. Every touchpoint uses the same material, so the story stays the same wherever a buyer meets it, and nothing is made twice.

The purpose is simple: to raise the perceived value of EIPL and Treasure Trove, by letting buyers see what words can only claim.

  1. The thinkingWhy showing works better than telling
  2. The ideaOne body of proof, made for each touchpoint
  3. The buyer and the journeyWho buys, the seven moments, and what we place in each
  4. What changes, and beyond HyderabadThe journey before and after, and buyers abroad
  5. What we build, what we need, how we deliverScope, the material that makes it possible, and our process
Immersive experiences that drive perceived valueThe Tribe Team for EIPL
This slide sets context: it is a proposal for a system of touchpoints, not a single product. Let them read it.
The thinking

Places don't ask to be believed. They can be visited.

What every developer does

Tells buyers it can be trusted

A founder speaking to camera, aerial shots at sunset, a line about trust. Buyers have seen it many times. However well it's made, it asks them to believe.

What EIPL can do instead

Lets buyers see it for themselves

Communities that families live in today, and dates that were kept. A home's value sits partly in the building, and partly in what the buyer believes about who built it.

What if, at every point a buyer meets EIPL, the proof was there to explore, not just to hear about? That is where perceived value moves.

Immersive experiences that drive perceived valueThe thinking
Two equal halves: what everyone does, what EIPL can do. The closing question is the bridge into the idea on the next slide.
The idea

One body of proof, made for every room a buyer walks into.

What we build once

  • A map of everything EIPL has built
  • Then and now for each place, from your archive
  • Treasure Trove in 3D, from your own models
  • The model villa, captured as a walkable twin

A first look

At home, before the visit

An overview on the phone, enough to make the visit worth it.

A table to explore

Both offices

The city and EIPL's work across a real table, through an iPad.

A theatre that answers

Theatres in both offices

EIPL's track record, led by your salesperson for each buyer.

The plot itself

Tukkuguda office

Treasure Trove on the table, and the villa at full size in Vision Pro.

Walls that explain

The model villa

iPads that show how the home is made, for anyone curious.

A home to share

Back home, then after booking

The villa online for family, then a private space owners can share.

Immersive experiences that drive perceived valueThe idea
Explain it simply: the same proof, sized for each room. A glimpse on the phone, a table, a wall, the plot, the model villa, a private space at home. Built once, used everywhere.
The buyer and the journey

Who we're designing for, and the seven moments that decide it.

Both personas already own several homes: this is a third or fourth home, so they have heard every pitch. Working assumptions; confirm with EIPL's sales team. The line that matters is the shared question: trust in the builder, not the villa. Each row is clickable.
1. Before the visit At home

"Is this project, and the builder behind it, worth a Saturday?"

First Look

One link, sent on WhatsApp or opened from your website. The buyer sees Hyderabad from above, every EIPL community and Treasure Trove in Tukkuguda, and taps any place to see what was built there. It stops at an overview by design; the depth is saved for the visit.

A couple in Kokapet open the link on Friday night and book a Saturday visit.

The buyer's real worry

Nobody wants to spend a Saturday on a project, or a builder, they're unsure of. Before the first visit, buyers are quietly looking for a reason not to come.

What this does for EIPL

Letting people look around freely, before asking anything of them, signals there is nothing to hide. The doubt is answered before it forms.

Web experience
Phone, tablet or laptop
What it is

A public web experience, opened from one link. No app and no download.

What they see

The city from above, every EIPL community, Treasure Trove, and the key facts of each place.

How they use it

Drag to move, pinch to zoom, tap a place. It goes one level deep, then back to the city.

Your website sample goes in the frame. If the site refuses to load inside it, the Open in a new tab button still shows it live.
2. The first meeting Manchirevula office

"Who are these people, really?"

The Table, tabletop AR

Place an iPad on any table in the office and the whole city appears across it, at table size: every EIPL community raised from the map, with the roads, lakes and IT corridor around them. Buyer and salesperson walk around the same table, open a community, then move south and lift Treasure Trove's master plan out of the table.

Four people around one table, pointing. Nobody is reading a brochure.

The buyer's real worry

Everything a salesperson says, the buyer quietly discounts. Everything they find for themselves, they believe.

What this does for EIPL

The Table lets buyers discover EIPL's work with their own hands. And the effort behind it says more about EIPL than any line in a brochure could.

iPad app
Tabletop augmented reality
What it is

An app that places a table-sized 3D model of Hyderabad on any real table.

What they see

The city across the whole table, EIPL's communities raised from it, Treasure Trove's master plan rising out of it.

How they use it

Place the iPad, walk around the table, tap a community to open it. The view can be mirrored to the theatre screen.

The Table is the core sales tool in this office. Vision Pro is proposed for Tukkuguda instead, close to the land.
3. The conversation Theatres in both offices

"Show me what you've done."

Theatre app, salesperson-led

Each office has a theatre, and each runs its own application: the Legacy Map. Here your salesperson leads, taking the buyer through EIPL's work on the big screen and choosing the path for the person in front of them. A family from Mokila starts at La Paloma; a buyer living abroad starts with Cornerstone, delivered on its registered date. Every place shows what you already have:

Then and nowFrom your archiveThe planIn 3D, where models existThe recordWith its sources
The buyer's real worry

With a purchase this size, people aren't hunting for the best option. They're trying to avoid the wrong one.

What this does for EIPL

A track record, shown place by place with its sources, is the most reassuring thing a developer can offer. Led by your own salesperson, it becomes a conversation, not a claim.

Theatre app
Steered from an iPad
What it is

A theatre application in each office, built around EIPL's work across Hyderabad.

What they see

The city on the theatre screen; the view flies to each place and shows its photographs, plans and facts, each with its source.

How they use it

The salesperson picks a path on the iPad and follows the buyer's questions. When the theatre is idle, the map tours itself.

The heart of the pitch: led by their own salespeople, shaped to each buyer, built only from existing material.
4. On the land Tukkuguda office

"Where exactly is my villa, and what's around it?"

The Table, Treasure Trove modeTheatre appVision Pro, optional

The Tukkuguda office mirrors Manchirevula, with its own Table and theatre app, so the story holds wherever a buyer starts. Here The Table opens on Treasure Trove, built from your models: choose a plot, see its facing, and see the sun, breeze and views around it. Vision Pro belongs here, two minutes from the land, for buyers who want to stand inside a villa at full size.

They choose a plot on the table. Two minutes later, they're standing on it.

The buyer's real worry

Vagueness feels like risk. A buyer who can't picture exactly what they're getting assumes the worst.

What this does for EIPL

Precision reads as honesty. Showing what isn't built yet around the site, as plainly as what is, earns more trust than any promise about the area.

iPad app, tabletop AR
Apple Vision Pro, optional
What it is

The same Table opened on Treasure Trove, and a seated Vision Pro session.

What they see

Every plot on the table with its sun, breeze and views; in Vision Pro, the villa at full size.

How they use it

Tap a plot to see its villa on the theatre screen. Serious buyers take the Vision Pro session, then drive two minutes to the land.

Vision Pro sits here rather than Manchirevula because scale matters most just before the site visit.
5. The afternoon The model villa

"Can I see myself living here?"

Model Villa Companion

Your hosted lunch stays exactly as you've planned it. We add a quiet layer: a few iPads around the villa, free for anyone curious. Hold one to a wall to see what's inside it: the structure, the services, the brands specified. Point it at a room for other finishes, or through a window to see the finished garden.

Between courses, someone picks up the iPad by the staircase. Others follow.

The buyer's real worry

People judge an experience by its best moment and by how it ends. And they can't value what they can't see.

What this does for EIPL

The lunch is EIPL's best moment; the iPads let curiosity run without interrupting it. They put the engineering behind the luxury on show, and craft that can be seen is valued far above craft that is described.

iPad app, augmented reality
Placed around the villa
What it is

An app matched to the model villa's real rooms.

What they see

A cutaway of each wall showing structure, services and brands; alternative finishes; the garden as it will grow.

How they use it

Pick up any iPad and point it. No login and no guide needed.

The lunch is their idea and stays theirs. We add a layer, we don't change the format.
6. Deciding together Back home

"Can my family see it before we decide?"

Model villa twinTreasure Trove Private Preview

That evening the family receives two links: a walkable twin of the model villa they had lunch in, and a personal login to Treasure Trove Private Preview, the whole project in depth, plot by plot and room by room. First Look was the overview. This is the full project, for buyers who have visited.

Parents in Hyderabad and a daughter in London walk the same rooms on a video call, and settle the facing between them.

The buyer's real worry

Nobody buys a villa alone. The buyer has to persuade the family, and needs something to persuade them with.

What this does for EIPL

The twin and the Private Preview let the buyer make EIPL's case at home, in EIPL's absence, using EIPL's own material.

Web, phone and laptop
Private login
What it is

A digital twin of the model villa, and a private web portal for Treasure Trove.

What they see

The real villa room by room with true measurements, then every plot, facing and room in the project.

How they use it

Open the link, walk room to room or switch to the overhead view. Share access with family.

First Look is public and stops at an overview; Private Preview sits behind a login and goes deep.
7. After booking The owner and their circle

"Is my home being built, and what can I show my friends?"

Owner's RoomShare with a friend

Each owner gets a private space: their villa and plot in 3D, their documents, and updates from your site team at every stage. And something to give: from the Owner's Room they send a friend a personal invitation, with a 3D view of their villa, a First Look link carrying their name, and an invitation to lunch at the model villa.

An owner sends a colleague the invitation. A week later, the colleague is at lunch in the model villa.

The buyer's real worry

The most persuasive voice for any developer is someone who has already bought from it.

What this does for EIPL

The Owner's Room keeps owners reassured through construction, and the invitation gives them something worth passing on. A friend who arrives through an owner is already halfway convinced, and you see who invited whom.

Private web portal
On the owner's phone
What it is

A private space for owners, with an invitation built in.

What they see

Their villa in 3D, documents, stage-by-stage updates, and a ready-made invitation to share.

How they use it

Sign in, check progress, tap Invite a friend. The friend receives the 3D view, the link and the lunch invitation.

The commercial argument: after-sales experience creates references, and the invitation gives the owner something to hand over.
What changes

At every step, the buyer is shown, not told.

Open to your ideas

These seven moments are where we would start. If your team sees another moment worth designing, it is built on the same foundation, from the same material.

Immersive experiences that drive perceived valueWhat changes
This is the before-and-after in one view. "Typically today" describes the market, not EIPL; say so if asked. The last band keeps the door open for their ideas, which also invites them to co-own the scope.
Beyond Hyderabad

Taking the whole of EIPL to buyers abroad.

At international property showcases, most stands play a video and hand out a brochure. EIPL can bring the Legacy Map, the model villa twin and Treasure Trove in 3D, on a screen and an iPad table, with Vision Pro where the event suits it.

A typical stand

One project, one video, a brochure to take away.

EIPL's stand

The full body of work, the villa to walk through, and a private link that follows each visitor home.

The buyer's real worry

Distance multiplies doubt. A buyer in Dubai or London can't drive past your communities on a Sunday.

What this does for EIPL

Bringing the whole body of work, walkable, is the closest they get. The private link means the conversation carries on after the event.

Immersive experiences that drive perceived valueBeyond Hyderabad
Nothing new is built for this; it reuses everything above. That is the point to land.
What we build

Built once, used in every room.

Immersive experiences that drive perceived valueWhat we build
Commercials are shared separately once scope is agreed. Vision Pro is clearly marked optional.
What we need from you

The material that makes it possible.

Treasure Trove in 3D

  • BIM files (Revit or IFC)
  • 3D models (FBX, OBJ or native project files)
  • Textures and material references
  • Model villa interior models

Drawings

  • CAD files (DWG): floor plans, elevations, sections
  • Site plan with landscaping
  • For delivered projects: site plans and elevations

Specifications

  • Structural system and services layout
  • Finish schedules and the brands specified
  • Alternative finish options offered to buyers

Archive and facts

  • Photo and video archive, construction to handover
  • One agreed set of facts for every figure we show

Brand and access

  • Brand guidelines, logo files and typefaces
  • A day in the model villa once it is dressed
  • Website and hosting access for First Look

People

  • One person on your side who approves content
  • Time with your sales team for tech training

Everything is built from material you already have; nothing new is filmed or photographed, apart from capturing the dressed model villa as a twin. This proposal assumes BIM files and 3D models of Treasure Trove are available.

Immersive experiences that drive perceived valueWhat we need from you
State the BIM assumption plainly. Ask how far back the archive goes; early projects with a thin archive lean more on 3D reconstruction.

Since

2020, founded by a team building augmented and mixed reality since 2016.

After launch

Priority support with a 24-hour response, and refinements as your team uses the tools.

Immersive experiences that drive perceived valueHow we deliver
Six steps that show a firm with a method: scope is defined with them, built from what they have, drafted before it's built. Confirm the 24-hour priority response before presenting.

Let's raise what every EIPL home is worth in a buyer's eyes.

The next step is a working session with your team: to define the touchpoints you want, review the material you have, and choose what to build first. From that, we return with a detailed scope, timeline and commercials.
